Private Payment Options

We offer automated billing for therapy sessions. This means that we automatically charge your credit or debit card on file at the end of your session and you receive a receipt via email for your records. No hoops to jump through, only simplicity.

Out-of-Network Insurance Reimbursement

While we do not bill your insurance directly, our Practice Manager can help you explore your out-of-network coverage. This means we can provide you with an electronic receipt or "Super-Bill" to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of some or all of your session fee each fee. Did you know? Nearly 80% of adults have out-of-network coverage and benefits.

Can You Submit Forms to Insurance for Me?

Yes! Our Practice Manager will happily support you with understanding convenient ways of accessing your out-of-network benefits without the traditional trail of paperwork. We can electronically submit your receipt or "Super-Bill" on your behalf through electronic means for a small convenience fee. Navigating insurance billing reimbursement is our specialty.
